Returns, refunds and warranty

30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@lawnswoodtechnology.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll confirm the return.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. Please use a tracked service insured for the item's full value.

Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund the product price within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the paying account.

Your statutory rights
If you are buying as a consumer, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you cancel under that right, we also refund the standard delivery charge. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange its return at our cost, then repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.

12-month warranty
All RAP Systems hardware sold by us is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Warranty service is return-to-base: email support@lawnswoodtechnology.com with the serial number and a description of the fault. We'll repair or replace the unit and ship it back to you at our cost.

The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by incorrect wiring or supply voltage, use outside the published specification, physical or liquid damage, or unauthorised modification.
