United Kingdom

We ship all orders within the UK using tracked services such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or equivalent. Shipping is charged at checkout and includes full tracking. Typical delivery time: 1–3 working days.

European Union

Orders to EU countries are shipped using tracked international services. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–10 working days.

United States

Orders to the USA are sent via international tracked services. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days.

Rest of World

We ship worldwide using reliable tracked international services. Delivery times vary but generally take 7–21 working days depending on the destination.

International Taxes, VAT & Duties

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or local handling fees that may be charged by their country’s customs authority or postal service. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We cannot estimate these charges as they vary between countries.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, or customs charges were not paid, we will refund the product cost minus shipping charges after the item is returned to us.
